Village and shore
The official destination guide places the medieval village on the Moyenne Corniche and Èze-sur-Mer on the Basse Corniche. Decide which is your base before planning restaurants and excursions. A reservation described simply as Èze may involve a different road and a different final approach from the one you expect.
The view is a reason to pause
Build an outing with proper stops rather than assuming every viewpoint allows a roadside halt. Park in a suitable place before exploring the village on foot, and keep the return flexible. The pleasure of this part of the Riviera lies in the changing setting, not in fitting every corniche into one afternoon.
