More than an address.
Add the hotel or villa name, exact address and your preferred handover time. Where relevant, mention private access, reception procedures and parking restrictions.
Coordinate the people involved.
If a concierge or host is helping, identify who will coordinate the arrangements. Share their contact details only with their permission and keep the guest's requirements clear.
Plan the last day too.
Confirm where and when the return should take place. If your stay includes another property, mention it early so the complete plan can be reviewed.
